Hypermobility (HSD, hEDS)
Hypermobility is a complex condition that requires a different approach to care than with non-hypermobile bodies.
Often, it's not just hypermobility. It's conditions such
as POTS, MCAS, dysautonomia, fatigue and more.
While I do treat in my practice for symptom
relief, the best treatment long term is empowerment,
education and strength training! Yes, you read that right.
Getting your body stronger is going to make the biggest
difference in your overall health.
If you've ever tried to exercise before and it caused you to
flare or made your symptoms worse, you're not alone.
You were likely given generic advice and it wasn't tailored to your body and its needs. No two hypermobile bodies are the same.
I myself have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I know the science and I know what it is like to live with it.
I offer virtual one on one coaching from anywhere in the world to help you navigate the confusing and frustrating experience of living with this complex condition.
So why coaching and not just "tell you what to do"?
Great question, I'm so glad you asked.
In this modern era of social media, internet searches and AI, there is no shortage of information. You could get a program made for you easily. I find that this is helpful only while you're feeling good. What happens when you have your first set back? Does the program take into account your specific symptoms? Areas of your body that give you trouble?
Let's stop guessing and get specific to you.
Here's how it works:
First, we book a FREE virtual call where I listen to your story, find out your goals and see if I'm a good fit to guide you.
Then I create a custom exercise program and daily routine. We track your symptoms to search for patterns of your flares. This knowledge will help us strategize to reduce the frequency of flares.
We have virtual check-ins and unlimited communication throughout.
This a 3-month foundational program designed to empower you and help you manage on your own!
